Our staff will inform you with basic information of vehicle. Also you can use our price calculation module to be informed with price including ocean freight to your country.

CHECK BASICS BEFORE

Every country has it own regulation for importing used vehicles. It is good to be informed before making inquiry. Usually it is manufacturing YEAR, ENGINE TYPE and etc. This information can be checked to customs clearance brokers. Contact us if you want be arranged with brokers in your country.

PRICE IS CFR

You can use check total price (including ocean freight) on vehicle details page. Please make sure, that we are giving you CFR price (Cost and freight), it means, that price includes ocean freight to your country, but customs clearance fee is not included. Custom clearance fee can be checked with domestic brokers.

Q. WHAT TO DO IF VEHICLE IS OUT OF STOCK?

If vehicle you liked is already sold out, you can contact our staff and we will try to find you similar one. Please note, we always happy to hear from you.

Q. DO I HAVE ANY GUARANTEES OF QUALITY?

We do guarantee  you that the vehicle is in exactly condition as you can check on photos and videos provided. We do inform our clients if there any issues with main parts of vehicle, but you should keep in mind, that it is used vehicle you are going to buy. That is why there might be additional problems, which can’t be checked in ordinary way.

When you’ve checked vehicle condition and you are ok with it, you can proceed to booking process. There is a few ways to book vehicle you like.

1. CONFIRMATION & ISSUING AN INVOICE

You contact to our staff and confirm your willing to buy vehicle. Our staff will prepare contract for you and issue invoice to you. Once invoice is issued you have 1 day to proceed with payment and show us receipt of money transaction.

2. PUT A DEPOSIT BY USING ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEMS

To make your deal even more comfortable and effective we can receive small amount of deposit by online using Credit Cards, Paypal and ets. It is very easy and effective way because you can book your vehicle directly from your phone.

Q. PRE-BOOKING IS VALID FOR 1 DAY

Since you’ve get invoice your booking is valid for 1 day only. The best way is to put deposit via online payment system. Please contact our staff if you want to use online payment.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I CHECK ON INVOICE

Please carefully check your information, model,  year, VIN number of vehicle. Also make sure that FINAL DESTINATION is correct, because if there mistakes with destination port there might be mistake with total price. Also it is good to check Date and of Invoice.

Q. I WANT TO CANCEL MY BOOKING

If for any reason you want to cancel your booking before make a payment, please contact our staff. And do not send money before  you 100% sure of your purchasing. Please keep in mind, that cancelling after payment went through can’t be done without penalty fee.

Q. CAN I DELAY INVOICE PAYMENT FOR FEW MORE DAYS?

Usually we can’t hold vehicle more then 1 day. But it will be better to contact our staff to explain the reason of delay. In some cases it might be able to delay for a few more days.

Q. I've made TT transcation and have receipt, but didn't get confirmation

Sometimes there is delays or issues while transferring money to another country. At first, please contact your bank and check if payment went through and if there any issues. Most common issues is misspelling of account holder, account number and other basic information. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you didn’t find any issues on your side

02. CONFIRM CONSIGNEE

Please check, if consignee spelling is right. Also check your contact information, because it will be difficult to change after Bill of Landing is issued. Also this document will be need for customs clearance at your country.

03. FINAL QUALITY CHECK

We are providing additional information before sending vehicle to port. You can receive photos and video information of vehicle right before shipping. We try to make sure, that your vehicle is in exact same condition as you’ve purchased it. But you should be noticed that we don’t take any responsibility of damage has been done while shipping. This issues can be handled by shipping company and we will try to do our best in that case.

04. CHECK DRAFT B/L

Vehicle was moved to port, shipping company will issue draft B/L, so you can check information last time. Please carefully check all main information in draft B/L. Once original B/L will be issued it will be difficult to change any of information in it.

05. SHIPPING

You can check shipping date in draft B/L. Also we will inform you if there any changes in shipping schedule. And we can provide you with tracking information about your vehicle – ask for our staff for more details.

Q. HOW TO BE SURE THAT VEHICLE IS ON THE SHIP

B/L is a document, that confirms that vehicle has been accepted by shipping company. Please check VIN number of your vehicle in draft B/L and make sure, that it is correct. If it is not, please contact our staff as soon as posible.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE SHIP TO REACH MY PORT?

It depends on what country are you from. Please be sure, that we do the best of ours to make you receive your vehicle as soon as possible. There are estimates based on our data.

South America: 4-5 weeks

Africa : 3-5 weeks

Georgia : 4-5 weeks

East-South Asia: 1 week

It may take long from case by case.

Q. CAN I CANCEL PURCHASING AFTER SHIPPING?

Sorry, but we do not provide such a service. Once vehicle lives South Korea it is difficult to be returned because of extra charges.

Q. HOW TO TRACK VESSEL?

There is no need to track vessel unless  you have delays with arriving in port. In that case please contact our staff and we will provide you information like delay reasons, current location of vessel, ETA and etc.

To receive vehicle in your country you will need some documents. Documents list depends on what country are you from. If you need any additional documents do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our best to provide you with those documents.

The consignee is the vehicle’s owner on receiving side. Please make sure, that you use name as on  your official documents. Please check your information on any kind of mistakes, like misspelling and etc.

Q. CAN I USE ELECTRONIC COPIES OF DOCUMENTS FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE?

No. You can pass a few steps of customs clearance with copies, but finally you will need original B/L and other documents.
